"This Parental Rights Agreement was written as a non-contested agreement. Both Parents agreed to the Shared Parental Rights Agreement, as well as sharing in all other events in their child(ren)'s lives. Because of that, the parents saved allot of court time, and money. All that is needed are the forms you received from the Clerk of Courts, the signed "agreement", ( by you, the other parent (if not contested,) and a Notary ) and the "Certificate in Lieu of Case Management Conference" form, ( if not contested ). Once the agreement and the Certificate in Lieu are filed along with the original paperwork from the Clerk of Courts, you both should have only one court date to attend! If you both agree, what is there to argue about? As long as the Child Support issue is NOT an issue, ruling on this Parental Rights Agreement should be pretty easy and stress free. Both Parents doing what is best for the child(ren) will always get a judge's approval. You will also save $120.00 and a lot of aggravation for your family, friends, and other social outlets, who may have been questioned by an Appointed Guardian Ad Litem. No matter how you change this agreement, your willingness to do what is in the best interest of the child(ren) is what is important. On The other hand, if no negotiation seems possible, even after offering a "plan" to the other parent, you should find that having a starting point will help the Mediator determine what you are asking for and what can be negotiated. (A) - Weekend Visits - Every other weekend, from Friday after school to Sunday at 6 P.M.; provided, however, in the event that C ____________ does not have school on the Monday following a visitation weekend, then such visitation weekend shall be extended to said following Monday at 6 P.M.

(D) - Other Holidays - In all even numbered years from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on the day of the following holidays: Easter; Memorial Day; Labor Day; and Veterans Day. In all odd numbered years from 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on the following holidays: Independence Day; Columbus Day; and Thanksgiving.

(E) - School Vacations - ( Parent Without Physical Custody ) shall have additional rights to visit with and be visited with C ___________ as follows:

(1.) In all even numbered years: The February School Vacation period from after school on the first day to 7:00 P.M. of the last day of the vacation period.

(2.) In all odd numbered years: The April School Vacation period from after school of the first day to 7:00 P.M. of the last day of the vacation period.

(F) - Birthdays - ( Other Parent ) shall have the right to visit with C ______ from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on their birthday in all odd numbered years.
